When we opened Adapt Kitchen and Juice Bar in 2018, we wanted to create a concept around healthy, active lifestyles. We knew our menu offerings should not only fulfill appetites, but further serve the mind + body with a wide range of adaptogens, fungi, algae, and sea vegetable ingredients that support cognitive function, memory, immune system, and overall mood.

We partnered with local farmers and bakers to source some of the freshest local ingredients, and we’ve also gathered clean, organic products from around the globe to help our community make more sustainable choices.
